Most attorneys require a retainer and I am no different.  It depends on the type of case you have as to what amount I would require in a retainer.  I charge an hourly rate that is prorated from the retainer depending on the amount of time I spend on drafting, filing a Petition/Motion, time I spend in court or communicating with you or opposing party/counsel.

I accept cash, check, and credit cards.

If  the retainer does not cover all of my representation expenses then further payment may be required.
